LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A Dense Fog Advisory is in place until 9 a.m. this morning as visibility remains greatly diminished for many.
Temperatures are off to a milder start as well with most locations back into the lower and middle 50s, as humidity continues to build.
Fog will burn off through mid-morning and we’ll begin to focus more on sunshine and a few clouds through our afternoon.
High temperatures will be a few degrees warmer as many of us make a run into the upper 70s to near 80.
We’ll rinse and repeat heading into our Friday morning as we can expect another round of dense fog.
Temperatures will be even milder yet for both Friday morning and afternoon as we start the day in the middle 60s and finish into the lower 80s.
Our approaching cold front is set to arrive late Friday
