A dad lost 14 stone after he was told he would need an extender to wear a kilt at his friend's wedding - by walking 10,000 steps a day. Calum Fletcher, 36, previously tipped the scales at 34st exactly and wasn't able to take his son, Magus, six, to the park because of how tired he'd get. ‌

He would miss social occasions, scoff chocolate grab bags every evening and wore a size 6XL. But after a kilt fitting in March 2023 revealed he would need an extender to wear one, Calum had a wakeup call. He signed up for a gym and began working with his PT, Gavin Sorley, 37 who helped him to change his diet. ‌
