WAUSAU − The Friends of Marathon County Public Library is hosting a sale Nov. 5-8 at the library's Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., according to a community announcement.

The sale will feature thousands of items, including hardcover and paperback books, audiobooks on CD, TV series and movies on DVD and Blu-ray, music CDs, video games, board games and puzzles. All items were either removed from the library's collection or donated by community members.

The event kicks off with a special members-only preview sale from 5-7:30 p.m. Nov. 5. Non-members can join the Friends of MCPL for $10 to gain access to the preview.

The sale is open to the general public from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 7 and 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 8. The event concludes with an al
