Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has once again alleged electoral fraud in the recent Haryana Assmebly election. Referring to the election held last year, Rahul Gandhi claimed that one out of every eight votes cast was fake. He presented a photo of a Brazilian model , alleging that she had cast 22 votes at 10 different booths in the state. He claimed 25 lakh fake votes were cast in that election.

Rahul showed electoral documents to show that the Brazilian model's photo had been used for 22 women of different age groups. He further alleged that thousands of BJP workers and leaders were registered to vote in both Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, and dozens of voters registered from one address.
