LANSING — Lansing planning commissioners weren't ready to vote Nov. 5 on a conditional rezoning request from a company that wants to build a $120 million data center off Kalamazoo Street in downtown Lansing.

Commissioners voted 5-2 to prolong their consideration of whether to recommend changing the zoning to industrial from downtown core to accommodate a two-story, 25,000-square-foot, 24-megawatt data center.
