(Minot, ND) — A former Minot Air Force Base commander is chosen to lead the Global Strike Command. General Stephen L. Davis served as a commander fire the 91st Missile Wing from 2011 to 2012. Davis will now be second former commander of the 91st Missile Wing at Minot Air Force Base to become the commander of Air Force Global Strike Command. As the Global Strike commander, he now oversees more than 36-thousand airmen and two legs of the nation’s nuclear triad.
