(Sioux Falls, SD) — A longtime member of the South Dakota Board of Pardons and Paroles is exiting his post. Ken Albers — first appointed to the board by former Governor Dennis Daugaard and since reappointed three times more — has announced his plans to resign citing personal reasons. Albers has the ability to nominate his own replacement if he chooses to do so.
