LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- Seattle Public School District has selected Lansing School District Superintendent Ben Shuldiner as its only finalist to become the head of its school district.

The announcement, made by the Seattle School District, was published Thursday morning. Its board held a vote Wednesday morning and unanimously chose Shuldiner. This will begin contract negotiations to "finalize the hire."
