Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, the brother of King Charles III and son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, is officially no longer a prince. The loss of Andrew's titles of prince and His Royal Highness were published Thursday by the Crown Office in The Gazette, the official public record of the United Kingdom.
