Immigration and Customs Enforcement accused Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) of “deliberately misrepresenting the facts” surrounding a recent arrest in Chicago, Illinois.

Quigley shared a video on Wednesday of ICE arresting a woman at the entryway of Rayito del Sol Daycare. Two officers brought her outside the doors to handcuff her.
