ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Four members of the Buffalo Bills defense did not practice on Thursday, as they prepare for Sunday's game in Miami against the Dolphins.
The Bills said that defensive end A.J. Epenesa (concussion), linebacker Shaq Thompson (hamstring), cornerback Christian Benford (groin), and defensive back Sam Franklin (illness) did not practice on Thursday.
Running back James Cook (ankle), wide receiver Joshua Palmer (knee/ankle), defensive end Joey Bosa (wrist), defensive tackle DaQuan Jones (calf), and cornerback Taron Johnson (groin) were all limited during Thursday's practice.
Full participants included Terrel Bernard (ankle) and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (wrist).
Buffalo made a number of transactions on Wednesday, after the trade deadline passed.
