Nagpur: The grand cultural extravaganza ‘Khasdar Mahotsav 2025’ kicks off today at the Ishwar Deshmukh College of Physical Education (IDCPE) ground, Krida Chowk, Hanuman Nagar. The much-loved annual festival, known for its vibrant showcase of art, music, and theatre, will run from November 7 to 18 , drawing artists and audiences from across the nation.

Swami Govinddev Giri Maharaj , Treasurer of the Shriram Janmabhoomi Tirthakshetra Trust, Ayodhya, will grace the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest , while Padma Shri Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi and Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule will attend as guests of honour .

Prominent political leaders including MLAs Krishna Khopde, Mohan Mate, Pravin Datke , and MLC Sandeep Joshi are also expected to share the stage.
