After-school program thankful for thrift shop

Connect! is profoundly grateful to the ladies of the Aspen Thrift Shop for all the support they have given to the community for so many decades. As a small nonprofit, we recently received a grant from the Aspen Thrift Shop that will help us continue offering the unique after-school program to support the social, emotional and ethical well-being of children in our valley.

Connect! provides elementary-age students an inclusive environment to explore their inner lives cultivating compassion, strength and resiliency. The curriculum exposes students to tools and skills to maintain mental well-being and develop social/emotional intelligence.
