WIMAUMA, Fla. -- The University of Florida’s Gulf Coast Research and Education Center in Wimauma is taking another major step toward the future of farming.

A groundbreaking ceremony is being held today for a new artificial intelligence (AI) facility designed to revolutionize the way food is produced.
