DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Friday morning is getting off to a relatively mild start, with temperatures in the 50s and areas of patchy to dense fog.
Fog will burn out by 8 a.m. as temperatures quickly warm up.
By Friday afternoon, most places will be in the low 80s.
A few showers and storms are possible later Friday afternoon through the overnight hours, with chances areawide at about 40%. One or two storms could become strong or severe, producing damaging winds up to 60 mph.
