NTPC’s 51st foundation day was celebrated enthusiastically at the NTPC Tapovan Vishnugad Hydropower Project. On this occasion, the general manager (Projects), Manmeet Bedi and the project head and executive director, Ajay Kumar Shukla were present. In his address, Shukla detailed NTPC’s journey since its inception in 1975. He stated that NTPC has set new standards for excellence, innovation and sustainable development in the energy sector. He urged all employees to prioritise safety in their workplaces and to meet project construction targets on time with quality and efficiency.
