TC Energy praises 'policy environment' in North America as pipeline company looks to grow

Natural gas pipeline company TC Energy Corp. says governments across North America are moving toward clearer, faster permitting, allowing projects to be delivered faster and at lower costs.

“The policy environment is becoming increasingly supportive,” François Poirier, TC Energy’s chief executive, told analysts on a Thursday earnings call, announcing results for the company’s latest quarter.
