A Buna man was jailed on Thursday after he was accused of physically abusing and injuring his young son.

According to the report, deputies were sent to Buna Elementary School when school staff saw the injuries on the 5-year-old.

Deputies then arrested 30-year-old Chevy Wayne Luquette and he has been charged with Injury to a Child.
