MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The most prolific scorer of the 21st century for WVU men's soccer has added a pair of awards to his personal trophy case.

Senior forward Marcus Caldeira is the Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year in the Sun Belt, the conference announced Friday. He leads the conference in points with 25, thanks to nine goals and seven assists, which each rank second in the league. He also leads the Sun Belt with five game-winning goals, second most in the country.

Caldeira becomes the fourth Mountaineer to be named a conference player of the year. Sergio Ors
