According to a press release, on Friday, November 6, 2025, Governor Morrisey made stops in Bluefield, Parkersburg, Fairmont, and Moundsville to promote West Virginia's Rural Health Transformation Program application. At the stops, Governor Morrisey featured programs that will foster economic growth and help with access to quality, affordable healthcare in the Mountain State.
