Jason Timothy Davidson, of Campbell River, B.C., is charged with four counts of forcible confinement, three counts each of sexual assault and uttering threats, and single counts of sexual assault causing bodily harm, aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, and theft. Article content

Davidson appeared by video from Windsor’s South West Detention Centre, where court heard his lawyer is waiting to receive more disclosure in the case. Davidson is to return to court Thursday, when a bail plan is expected to be discussed.
