GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro has a new Assistant City Manager.

Tiffany Oliva will assume the role on Wednesday, Nov. 12. City Manager Nathaniel “Trey” Davis named her the new Assistant City Manager.

Oliva most recently served as Assistant Town Administrator for Operations in Brookline, Massachusetts. She previously worked as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs & Strategic Initiatives for Winston-Salem and Program & Fiscal Recovery Manager for Guilford County.

During the pandemic, Oliva managed a combined $150 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds in Winston-Salem and Guilford County, supporting housing security, public health, broadband access, and water and sewer services.
