MUNCIE, IN — Two Muncie residents were arrested on Thursday, Nov. 6, after city police and officials with both the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Delaware County Health Department inspected conditions in their east-side home.

Jademan Hawk England, 32, and Laura Renee Stilts, 34, were each being held under $30,000 bonds on Friday in the Delaware County Jail. Documents said both were being held under suspicion of six counts of neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony.
