LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. — The Loudoun County sheriff’s office is seeking anyone who may have been victimized by a South Riding man accused of aggravated sexual battery of a minor.
According to law enforcement, the Amberlea neighborhood resident may be referred to as the “sus candy guy” or the “sus candy man” by children in the area.
Police began investigated when they were alerted to an incident involving an underage victim on Nov. 2.
Based on Kumar’s behavior, they believe he may have other victims.
They arrested him on Nov. 7. He is currently held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
