New Delhi (08.11.2025): In a landmark achievement reaffirming its dominance in defence and public infrastructure development, NBCC (India) Limited , a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs , has secured a Rs 350 crore Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment from the Heavy Vehicles Factory (HVF), a unit of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), Ministry of Defence , located at Avadi, Chennai.
