Rinku Singh, who scored winning runs for India in the final of the Asia Cup 2025 against Pakistan at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on September 28, is playing for India in the fifth T20I of the ongoing five-match series against Australia. He replaced Tilak Varma in the playing XI for the match taking place at The Gabba in Brisbane.

Tilak played in the first four T20I matches but could only score 0, 29 and 5 runs.

Rinku in for Tilak, who is celebrating his 23rd birthday on Saturday, is the only change in India’s playing XI for the fifth T20I.

As for the Australian team, they are playing with the same team.
