Patna, Nov 8: Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor on Saturday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of trying to “instil fear of Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)” among voters to secure votes in the ongoing Bihar Assembly elections.

“PM Modi is seeking votes by creating fear of RJD because he has nothing else to say. For decades, the NDA, BJP, and Nitish Kumar have relied on the fear of Lalu to win votes. People were told that even if work is not done, at least ‘jungle raj’ won’t return. But this time, the situation has changed. If you say ‘jungle raj’ shouldn’t return, then why should you (NDA) continue? Jan Suraaj is a new alternative,” Kishor said at a rally.

The term “jungle raj” is often used by the BJP to target the RJD’s tenure
