DANVILLE — City officials and the public toured park improvements in Danville on Thursday, beginning with an unveiling ceremony at Elmwood Park.

During the stop at Elmwood, Williams told a story about a young boy playing basketball at the park. He said the teenager was thankful for the upgrades.
