It was a tough football season to be an Outlaw.
Rawlins went 0-9 and were outscored by their opponents 432-28. So maybe "tough" is putting it lightly.
But I am of the opinion that if enough Outlaws buy into it, they can make it into the win column next season.
This year saw a young Rawlins team. There were only six seniors on the roster. If everyone were to put in the work this offseason and stay committed to the team, we could be looking at a completely different Outlaw football team next year.
One of the problems for the Rawlins offense was the lack of a consistent quarterback. Carston Bartlett was at the helm to start the season, but Chris Gonzalez was given a few starts and came in to relieve Bartlett during a few games as well. Both players will be in their senior seasons next yea
