CLEMSON — Clemson football looks to avoid its third consecutive loss for the first time since 2010.
Clemson (3-5, 2-4 ACC) hosts Florida State (4-4, 1-4) on Saturday (7 p.m. ET, ACC Network) at Memorial Stadium.
The Tigers were officially eliminated from making the ACC title game after losing to Duke in Week 10. Clemson will need to win three of its final four games to be bowl eligible unless there aren’t enough 6-6 teams to fill every bowl slot, which could give a 5-7 Clemson a shot based on its academic progress rate. FSU is also eliminated from making the ACC championship after starting its season with three wins then losing four straight games. Still, the Seminoles has the No. 1 total offense and No. 7 scoring offense
