Don’t call Kim Kardashian a lawyer yet — unless you’re referring to her character in All’s Fair.

Kardashian took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to share that she didn’t pass the bar exam, which she took over the summer.

“Well…I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” she wrote. “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination.”

She then thanked everyone who has supported her in this effort before adding, “Falling isn’t short of failure — it’s fuel.
