After finished third in the state championship as a sophomore, Marist Catholic junior Corbin Sage knew what it took to get the job done on Saturday.

In the Class 4A boys cross country state championship at Lane Community College, Sage kicked ahead midway through the race and came out on top with a first-place time of 15 minutes, 56.56 seconds.
