WINSLOW — The churning legs for Winslow's offensive machine, NaKeem Powell powered his way to 134 yards and a pair of touchdowns on the ground Saturday afternoon, as the Eagles earned a convincing 47-7 victory over visiting Shawnee in a NJSIAA South Jersey Group 4 semifinal.

Asked if his team is peaking at the right time, Powell replied: "at the perfect time."

While quarterback Jalen Parker and the Winslow passing attack once again soared above, Powell helped take care of things down below.

In fact, he dashed for a gain of 23 yards on Winslow's first offensive play. One of his four runs of 18 or more yards.

"It felt great," Powell said. "I appreciate our line and our receivers blocking downfield."

"We came in, do what we do. Now we go home and celebrate and get ready for Millville."
