Plenty of trunk space at Chelsea City Hall

Matt Frank journeyed down to Chelsea City Hall to take a look at the sculpture of Madhubala, an African elephant who had spent much of her life in a Karachi zoon, but who was relocated to a much larger and more natural wildlife preserve with the help of Four Paws, a Boston-based animal-welfare organization.
