Deepika Padukone has opened up about being mocked in the film industry during her initial career days. Recently, the actress attended CNBC’s Global Leadership Summit, where she talked about becoming the new voice of Meta AI across multiple countries and revealed that even though she is being appreciated today for her voice, it was not always the case.

“I am someone whose voice was sort of mocked when I came into the industry and now suddenly I am the voice of Meta AI- strange! And my accent, but I continue to own it. I think that’s probably how and why it happened," Deepika said.
