MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (KFOR) — It's called Geekapalooza, a family fun event held at Rose State College in Midwest City.
There were dozens of experiments and hands-on activities. You could find drones, 3-D printers, sci-fi robots, and even learn about our weather.
Geekapalooza is a STEAM event, meaning it involves science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics.
4 Warn Storm Team meteorologist Tim Boyd was on hand to meet visitors, sign autographs, take pictures, and talk about the weather.
Interceptor 4 was there, one of our cool 4 Warn Storm chase vehicles. You could say this was a great event to really geek out and learn a lot about our world.
