PENN HILLS TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
The Allegheny County Fire Marshal is investigating after a fire broke out inside a laundromat Saturday afternoon.
In a Facebook post from the Penn Hills No. 7 VFC, officials were called to the 2700 block of Robinson Boulevard following reports of multiple dryers being on fire. Advertisement
When crews arrived on scene, the post said large amounts of smoke could be seen billowing from the machines. Multiple departments were called in for assistance to bring the fire under control.
The fire was said to have been brought under control in roughly 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
A cause for the fire is now under investigation.
