LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A restaurant fire in northeast Louisville is under investigation after it caught fire early Saturday morning.
According to Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS, a restaurant in the 3000 block of Springhurst Commons Drive caught fire Saturday morning.
They were called to the scene around 4:15 a.m.
When they arrived, firefighters found a building with fire showing through the roof.
Crews worked to put the fire out from outside of the building, as the roof collapsed, making fighting the fire from the inside difficult.
Twenty-five firefighters were able to put out the fire in about 45 minutes.
They say no one was inside the building during the fire.
One firefighter was treated on scene for burns to the hand.
Louisville Arson is investigating.
