NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham says SNAP benefits for New Mexicans have been fully funded despite the Supreme Court pausing an order from a lower court to fund SNAP. The governor announced on social media Saturday that New Mexico sent full SNAP benefits to eligible New Mexicans, saying, "The state loaded federal SNAP food benefits, following an initial Rhode Island federal court order and subsequent guidance from the USDA."
