When heading to – or back from – Oliver and Osoyoos, I always take the Eastside Road. A winding road that skirts Skaha Lake, the vistas are breathtaking and the traffic is less hectic than Highway 97 across the lake. It also allows me to make a stop at The Apple Bin, a shipping container at the side of the road at OK Falls filled with seasonal produce.
