Imphal, November 08 2025: A book titled "Bharatki Nupisinggi Ihou" written by Maisnam Sakhi Devi was released today in a function held at Manipur Press Club, Imphal.

The book release function organised by the Progressive Writers' Association (PWA), Manipur was graced by dignitaries, including Prof Ch Sheelaramani, retired Principal, DM College of Arts and former Dean, School of Humanities, DM University; Dr Nirmala Rajkumari, vice president, PWA Manipur; S Sorojini Devi, president, All Manipur Nupi Marup; and Dr Wahengbam Kumari Chanu, Professor, Department of Manipuri, Manipur University.

During the function, Dr Wahengbam Kumari Chanu gave a brief introduction of the book.
