LINCOLN, Neb. — Boston College commit Alex Pelletier scored two goals and Lincoln piled up six goals in the third period to beat the Force 7-4 Saturday in USHL play.

The Force, which dropped its second straight game to the Stars on a three-game road trip that started in Sioux City on Thursday, held a 3-1 lead early in the second period. Jacob Sagadin, Eero Butella and Wyatt Sypniewski found the net for the Force.

After Lincoln scored four straight in the third, Fargo's Luke McNamara cut the Stars' lead to 5-4 at 17:30 of the third period. Pelletier, the USHL's leading goal scorer, then netted his 16th of the year for the Stars into an empty Force net and teammate Layne Loomer did the same with 18 seconds remaining in the game.
