The individual questioned is an Indian-American and a US citizen, and was performing his duties on the Busse Highway resurfacing project when agents approached and questioned him about his background and connections to New York, The Chicago Sun Times reported.
This encounter occurred amid heightened scrutiny of immigration enforcement activities in the Chicago area.
