New Delhi, Nov 9: In a major breakthrough for Indian security agencies, two of the country’s most wanted gangsters — Venkatesh Garg and Bhanu Rana — have been arrested overseas. While Garg was caught in Georgia, Rana was detained in the United States, officials confirmed.

Both fugitives, who were operating international crime networks, will soon be deported to India. The arrests are part of a coordinated operation involving Indian security agencies and the Haryana Police.

Garg, a native of Narayangarh in Haryana, has over 10 criminal cases registered against him, including the murder of a BSP leader in Gurugram. He fled to Georgia after the crime and was reportedly recruiting youth from Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, and other northern states. Garg is k
