Gastroenterologist Dr Shubham Vatsya recently shared on Instagram a simple but effective morning routine that could revolutionise weight management efforts: a breakfast consisting of curd and either chia or basil seeds. The doctor claims that this combination helps manage appetite and lower total calorie consumption while also improving intestinal health.
“You have a problem with weight loss; you have a problem of feeling hungry," Dr Vatsya said in the video, adding, “Your life will change if you eat chia seeds or basil seeds with curd for your first meal."
