Ramesh Nair, MD & CEO of Mindspace Business Parks REIT, (one of the real estate developers in India) said the company’s overall occupancy has risen to 94.6%, with only 200,000 sq ft vacant in Hyderabad and 100,000 sq ft in Pune.

He noted that most of the remaining vacant space is in the Airoli East and West campuses, where new leasing activity is expected in the coming months.

Q: I want to start by talking about your gross leasing. That's around 2.6 million square feet, and this is in the first half of FY26. For the rest of the year, what is the outlook there? What is the growth that we're seeing?
