LINCOLN, Neb. —
State volleyball championships were going on in Lincoln on Saturday.
In Class B Elkhorn North took on defending champs Norris.
It was a matchup of future stars Creighton commit Reagan Wallraf was fresh off a record 42 kills Friday night against future Husker Malorie Boesiger.
Elkhorn North was seeking its first state title in program history, but after four sets, Norris came out on top, winning back-to-back state titles.
In Class A, Papio South faced Lincoln North Star.
Set 1 went to the Titans 25-11, and they would then go on to win set 2 and set 3 for the sweep.
Papio South won the state title.
