Voltamp Transformers Ltd posted a steady performance in the September quarter (Q2 FY26), with healthy revenue growth offset by delivery disruptions caused by heavy rainfall.
The transformer manufacturer’s net profit rose 4.2% year-on-year to ₹78.85 crore, compared to ₹75.67 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue increased 21.3% to ₹482.6 crore, while EBITDA grew 24.8% to ₹93.55 crore, maintaining a healthy operating margin of 19.4%.
The company said certain delivery sites became inaccessible due to heavy rain, impacting invoicing by around ₹10 crore.
Despite this, Voltamp achieved a key operational milestone during the quarter — successfully manufacturing and delivering its highest-rated power transformer to date, a 160 MVA, 220 kV class unit, ahead of schedule.
