This 10-minute session from fitness trainer Katja Puanecki, who goes by Katja Believe on YouTube, shows off how effective standing abs workouts can be. It involves doing a mix of marching, kicking and twisting exercises to engage every part of your core without having to jump or do floor moves.
You can do the workout without any equipment, but if you have one of the best yoga mats handy it's worth rolling out to give you a grippy surface to do the session on.
