A horse breeder living in a tiny village has been left stunned after receiving a noise complaint about the 'constant neighing' of her foals. Mandy Young, 59, who lives near the UK's horseracing capital, said the letter she received on Tuesday (November 4) had left her 'paranoid'. ‌

The notice from West Suffolk Council, dated October 30, said it had received a complaint regarding the 'disturbance caused by constant neighing of horses' on neighbouring properties. ‌
